About St. Patrick’s Day:
This holiday, which has been observed by the people of Ireland for more than a thousand years, marks the anniversary of St. Patrick’s preferred day of feasting, as well as of his death.
The day falls during the Christian period of lent, and Irish tradition holds that prohibitions on certain food and drink are lifted for this day, so they would feast and dance and have a generally fabulous time.
Today people across the globe celebrate; be it with parades, pub crawls, or just by wearing green and having a Guinness.

Better Support, Lower Prices

Those who do are probably familiar with Raul Canet (Retail Store Manager), Shlomo Gruer (Owner/Head Honcho/El Jefe/Lottery Ticket Distributor), Nick Cunningham (Website Manager), Juan Castañeda (Orders/Shipping Manager), and you probably recognize several other faces if you visit our store regularly (probably not from shopping on our website though, unless you’re clairvoyant) .
While you probably agree that this all-star staff could handle just about everything, with the rapid growth in popularity of our website and Deal of the Day, we have received a few minor complaints that we haven’t been as attentive to incoming phone calls and other support needs of our customers as we should.
To respond to this request, we’d like you to know that we’re beefing up our customer support. We’d like to take this opportunity to welcome two new team members to our Aero store.
Firstly, Iris Meyer (former manager of the Midway store in Point Loma) will be taking over the position of retail manager for our showroom on Aero dr. (This means Raul will be moving up as the company’s new General Manager). With Iris (who many of you already know and love) helping in the store, you can expect to see friendlier, more attentive staff members, and a better general presentation of the store itself (we know you think we’re doing great already, but there’s always room for improvement, right?).
Additionally, we have a new staff member, Martine Moore, who will be at the head of our customer telephone support, so you won’t have any trouble directing your phone call to the right person, getting a question about our website answered, or placing an order via telephone. We receive a lot of positive feedback from you, our customers. To keep this feedback flowing, we’re doing everything in our power to make our support exceed your expectations.
